TRAINING PROGRAMS

Graduate Engineers Training Program

This is a structured 12 months theoretical and practical waning program designed to groom you talent through a ngorcus course of training that covers all aspects of safe & efferent operations of a sophisticated chemical plants

Qualification: Engineering degree in cherrical. mechanical & electnca. (Electrical Engineering is for Mianwali plant only)

Trade Apprenticcship:

This 24 months extensive apprenticeship grooms young diploma holders in plant operations and maintenance

Qualification: B Tech or three years diploma of associate engineering from a recognized potytechnic institute in the fields of chemical. mecnanicai. electrical,  eiectronics /instrument technologies and BSc with Chemistry. (Bsc Chemistry is for Mianweli plant only) 

Candidates shortlisted purely on merit will be called for interview. Candidates belonging to Mianwali and Haripur Districts shill be preferred for the respective Plants. A decent stipend shall be paid during training. Candidates successfutty cornoseting traning may be considered for permanent employment subject to individual's performance and availablity of vacant positions in the organization.
