Applications are invited to apply for the HBFC Management Trainee Officer Program 2019. The Duration of the HBFC MTO 2019 will be for 6 Months & During the Six Months Training, 30,000 Monthly Stipend Compensation will be Given & after the 6 Months they will offer regular employment as an Assistant Manager (OG 2).
Students from all Over Pakistan with Bachelors 16 Years OR Masters Degree Students are Eligible. There are Multiple Fields which Consists of Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law. The Selected Students will be shifted to any HBFC Office Across the Country in Pakistan.

Management Trainee Officer
Place of Posting: There are 51 Branches in Pakistan with One Headquarter in Karachi. The Selected Candidates will be Placed to any HBFC offices Across the Country in Pakistan. Check HBFC Offices By Branch Locator Here.
Compensation: The Selected Candidates will be laced as Management Trainee for a period of 6 Months at a stipend of Rs 30,000 Per Month. After Completing the Training Successfully & the Company will offer regular employment as an Assistant Manager (OG 2).
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Masters & Bachelors Degree (16 Years of Education) with at least 60% Marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 or 3.5 out of 5 From HEC Recognized Educational Institution.
Fields/Subjects: Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law.
Age: Maximum 28 Years at the time of Deadline. And 3 Years age Relaxation for the Candidates from AJK, FATA, NA, GB & Balochistan.
Selection Criteria
