We are looking for "Management Trainees" in the areas of Credit, Recovery, Risk Management, Finance, I.T., MIS, Marketing & Human Resources, for our offices all over the Pakistan. Vacancies / Positions:-
Educational Qualification: Candidates who have successfully completed MBA / BBA, M. Corn, MCS, Master in Mathematic/Statistics and ACCA or equivalent 16 years Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, LT, Computer Science and Engineering from HEC recognized Universities/ Institutions, with minimum 2nd Division (2.5 CGPA) or equivalent would be eligible for the application.
Age Limit: Maximum age 28 years as on 21st January, 2018.
Selection criteria: Candidates will be selected through a written test, which will be conducted by "The Institute of Bankers Pakistan (IBP)". Successful candidates will be called for group discussion and interviews. Finally, selected candidates will be offered employment as "Management Trainees" at HBFCL.
Compensation: The finally selected candidates will be offered the position of "Management Trainee" for the period of six (06) months against a fixed stipend of Rs. 25,000/- per month. After successful completion of training period they will be inducted in HBFCL contract employment for a period of six (06) months. Based on the performance rendered during contract employment the candidate will be offered regular employment in the Company. Place of Posting: Selected candidates can be posted in any city of the country to perform their duties.
