Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt) Limited, PSPC is a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan registered under Companies Ordinance 1984. It is engaged in printing of security products. To further strengthen institutional capacity and to strengthen HR base, PSPC invites applications from talented, self-motivated and result oriented young person's potential talented Pakistani/AJK nationals possessing requisite qualification as Trainees in the fields of:
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical, Electrical, Computer & Civil etc.)
• Management (HR, Finance, Audit, IT, Supply Chain etc.)
• Production

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 16 years of education with at least 60% marks where percentage system applies or 2.5 out of 4.0 or 3.5 out of 5.0 where CGPA system is applicable from HEC recognized Pakistani or a foreign educational institution in following or similar relevant fields:
Trainee Engineers: Engineering Degree in (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Civil etc.) with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration
Management Trainee: MBA/MPA/MHRM/CNACCA/CMA/MS in HR/1-0/Work/Applied Psychology/ IT/Finance or related qualifications.
Production Trainee: B.Tech/ B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Math) In case the degree is obtained from a foreign university, Equivalence Certificate from HEC is to be submitted at the time of Interview. Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.
Age
Maximum 30 years as on last date of submission of applications to PSPC. Age limit shall be relaxed by 03 years for candidates from FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan and Azad Kashmir. Whereas, for PSPC workforce age can be relaxed up to 35 years.
Selection Procedure
Candidates shortlisted by PSPC based on eligibility criteria shall be called in to appear in the written test to be held at designated test centers. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of written test and meeting other eligibility criteria will be invited for further selection process. PSPC reserves the right to suitably adjust minimum qualifying marks to enhance the representation of candidates belonging to under developed areas and to observe provincial/regional quota as prescribed by the Government.
Pre-Induction Training
After completion of all pre-induction formalities including medical, psychological examinations, and security clearance, the selected candidates shall be required to undergo mandatory training. Compensation & Benefits PSPC offers competitive compensation and benefits.
