Eligibility Criteria:

 

• Branch Manager: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 8 more years of relevant experience in Microfinance banking experience.
• Operation Manager: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 8 more years of relevant experience in Microfinance banking experience.
• Relationship Manager: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 2 to 4 years of experience in deposit mobilization in the banking sector.
• Manager Internal Audit: For this post the candidate must have recently done his / her CA or ACCA/CIA and also completed their articleship. Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Procurement Officer: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement in the banking sector.
• Admin Coordinator: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having at least 3 years of experience in the relevant field in the banking sector. The candidates must also possess proficiency in MS Office.
• Head of Remittance: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 16 years of education with having 10 years of experience in the banking sector and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the similar field.
• Assistant Manager Legal (Corporate): For this post the candidate must have completed at least LLB and LLM degree’s with 3-5 years of experience and a minimum of 1-year work experience.
• Area Credit Analyst: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 5 years of experience in credit administration of a micro finance bank.
• Manager Channel Development: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 8 years of experience in the relevant field and with 3-4 years of experience at the managerial level.
• Manager Database: The candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s degree in the Computer Sciences department with database certified. 5 years of work experience is also required with at least 1 year at a managerial level.
• Customer Services Officer: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 1 more years of relevant experience.
• Universal Teller: For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education with having 1 more years of relevant experience.
• Verification Officer For this post the candidate must have completed at least 14 years of education. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply for this post. Candidates having 1 year of field experience will be given preference.
